3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for returning the item at their own cost, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for return shipping.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be made in cash upon successful inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of return approval.

  • Ineligible items will not be refunded or returned back to the sender.
